"YOGA WITH WOO" 2026

"Yoga with Woo" is an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body through gentle movement. For individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis, yoga can help improve balance, flexibility, strength, mobility, and body awareness while also reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Our sessions are welcoming to all experience levels and focus on meeting you where you are, with modifications to support every body. More than just exercise, Yoga with Woo creates a space to restore your mind, nurture your spirit, and connect with a community that understands the MS journey—because sometimes the most important thing we can do for our bodies is simply be still.
